A Short Guide on Where To Eat in BGC
1. The Fort Strip
Location: 28th Street, corner 7th Avenue
Over 10 years old, this classic spot is one of the area’s oldest hub for bars and restaurants, having been built even before the emergence of prominent commercial properties in BGC. Yet to this day, you can spot both professionals who work around the area and weekend warriors looking to unwind flock the place. Some of their restaurants include Early Bird Breakfast Club, Zong, The Keg, Cable Car, and K-Pub.
2. Burgos Circle
Location: Burgos Circle near Forbes Town Centre
This beautiful area is filled with options on where to eat, from steakhouses to brunch spots, including PepeRosso, Bondi & Bourke, Melo’s Steakhouse, Da Tang Jardin, and Locavore.
3. Bonifacio High Street & Serendra Piazza
Location: Along 5th Avenue (Bonifacio High Street), between 11th Avenue and McKinley Parkway (Serendra Piazza)
These two strips are just beside one another so it’s easier to walk along and pick whichever cuisine you’re fancying. These two are also a convenient place to eat while shopping as there are multiple boutiques and stores in both places. Notable restaurants include Abe, Wee Nam Kee, Pound by Todd English, Nadai Fujisoba and Kabisera.
4. SM Aura Premiere
In this mall, you could choose between the restaurants in the Food Court for cheaper, more varied options or the Sky Park on the mall’s roof for fancier food fare. Some of their establishments include Andale by Agave, Yabu, Grind, Tamarind, and Lugang Cafe.
5. Uptown Mall
Located: 9th Ave., corner 36th St.
This mall right across The Palace Pool Club had just opened recently and yet boasts both well-loved and new food spots in the metro. Their restaurants include El Corazon, Watami, Flatiron, Palate, and Denny’s.
